Meet Ben Buaron.
Founder & CEO, Windmill Growth
Ben is an Israeli entrepreneur and former software engineer based in New York City.
His path to Windmill began with a change of plans. Shortly before starting law school, he withdrew and pursued software development. He learned to code while supporting himself through bartending, then worked as a software engineer and tried building businesses of his own, including a fintech startup that did not succeed.
In 2024, while living in Limassol, Cyprus, Ben began building a service to help founders reach more people on LinkedIn. He worked on it after his day job and made his first sale that May. As Windmill grew, he left his job and moved to New York.
Today, he leads Windmill with an emphasis on direct communication, attention to detail, and client satisfaction. Outside work, he enjoys gaming, personal development, and spending time with his cocker spaniel, Bono.
