Windmill Growth, LLC (“Windmill Growth,” “we,” “us”) provides LinkedIn ghostwriting, founder branding, engagement, and related growth services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

- Personal Information: name, email address, LinkedIn profile details, and other contact information you provide when engaging our services.
- Business Information: data related to your LinkedIn activities, business processes, and personal-branding goals.
- Account Information: we may collect and securely store LinkedIn account login details for managing your account, creating posts, and engaging on your behalf as outlined in our service agreement.
2. Refund Policy
Windmill Growth does not offer refunds for services rendered. Once a payment is made for the month, the service continues until the end of the billing cycle. Clients may terminate their subscription according to the cancellation policy below.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their subscription by providing a 14-day written notice via email to benb@windmillgrowth.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, provided the notice period is met.
4. Shipping or Delivery Policy
Services are digital and subscription-based. There are no physical goods or shipping. Digital deliverables such as LinkedIn content and engagement activities are provided on an ongoing basis during the subscription.
5. Return Policy
Services are intangible and delivered on a subscription basis, so returns are not applicable. If you have concerns about quality, contact us at benb@windmillgrowth.com.
6. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver the services outlined in our Service Agreement.
- Communicate about service updates, invoicing, and account changes.
- Improve our services by analyzing trends, behavior, and client feedback.
7. Account Management and Security
As part of our services, we may access your LinkedIn account to post content, comment, and engage on your behalf. To protect that access we implement secure password storage, use two-factor authentication when accessing your LinkedIn profile, and limit account access to authorized personnel.
8. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal or business information to outside parties. We may share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the business, or if required by law.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy, including the duration of our business relationship and any legal or accounting requirements.
10. Your Rights

11. Confidentiality
We treat business-related information, including accounting records, client details, and LinkedIn activities, as confidential.
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
